Shipping + Returns
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2-working days).
We track and send our parcels with GoSweetSpot within New Zealand. At this time, we do not offer delivery outside of New Zealand but please contact us if you do require this service and we will calculate shipping for you.
Shipping is free within New Zealand for all orders over $100 (before shipping costs). For orders less than $100, a shipping fee will be automatically calculated in your cart after your purchase and will vary depending on your location (Rural deliveries incur extra charge).
DELIVERY TIMES ESTIMATE:
+ Nation wide: 3-5 working days
+ Rural: 4-8 working days
+ We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted
+ We only ship to one address per order
+ We do not ship during weekends and public holidays
+ Maisey Road is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier
+ We do not deliver to PO Boxes
+ Rural deliveries incur extra charge

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
7 DAYS TO RETURN
If the item(s) purchased does not fit, we are happy to exchange (within the limits of our stock) or offer a store credit. Please not that this does not apply to sales items. The item(s) purchased should be returned to Maisey Road within 7 days from date of receipt. Maisey Road reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 7 day return period.
Your item must be clean, in its original packaging, in an unused condition and with all original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, dirtied or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Maisey Road reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the conditions mentionned.
HOW TO RETURN
+ Please e-mail email@example.com to request a return authorization.
+ Make sure you fill in the Maisey Road return form and attach it with your returned item. Please also provide a copy of your invoice.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
+ Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise if your claim is successful. If your claim is successful, we will then process your exchange (within the limits of our stock) or issue a store credit, valid 3 months as from the day of purchase.
+ Returns of exchange items can take 5 to 10 business days from the date of the receipt of your returned item by Maisey Road.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item(s) is/are faulty or an error has been made with the packaging of your order, Maisey Road will fully refund the original shipping fee.
We will refund all items that present a manufacturer defect and we will cover the costs of return shipping.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition and with all original tags attached. Maisey Road reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the conditions stated above.
All items must be returned within 7 days from the day of receipt. Maisey Road reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 7 day return period.
You will usually be refunded within 10 working days after your return is approved. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been confirmed and when you are refunded.
Note that refunds can sometimes take longer than 10 days to appear on your statement because of the processing time for credit cards and transfers.
